Foyle Hospice is a charity providing specialist palliative care services for patients with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses while supporting their families and loved ones across the Western Health and Social Trust area in Northern Ireland.
Palliative and end of life care is provided to people with life-limiting illnesses which can include heart and lung disease, dementia, advanced cancer and other progressive neurological illness, alongside providing support for their family and carers.
